Service department at Gerry Raymond‘s was exceptional today as always. Never feel Intimidated as a woman walking into a repair shop. Jesse has always been helpful and met Colin today and he was very helpful. Never feel of being priced gouged on repairs and service.

Don’t buy a vehicle from Gerry Raymond dealerships. My wife bought a car from them and they lost the title. Then told her there was nothing they could do. That their hands were tied. We even tried to message the owner in social media, no response. We ended up having to get the state police involved and they still drug their feet to get it done. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

Fourth time in for major work each time on my 2012 Colorado Z7 5.3L. All the components on the front end steering and suspension needed replaced following the installation of Moog parts three years by a lousy cross town garage. I always have gotten treated very well by Jesse and his staff. His work quotes are always fair and a great value to me. I'll be back for leaf springs in the near future. Thanks again, Jesse!

Great experience here. Called to get an oil change and they were very professional and had availability. Once there, the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. It was my first time to this dealership and I cannot complain ! They also have a body shop here too!

I live 71 miles from Fairmont where Chevy Silverado broke down. Even though it isn't my normal Chevy dealer I go to, Dan in the service department and the rest of their team treated me great. Even helped me to arrange picking the truck up after the service department had closed for the day. Highly recommend
