My husband and I purchased a (new to us) travel trailer at Gerzeny's RV World in Lakeland, FL. that I saw on their website . When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. Serge, our sales person is the best! He is very friendly and welcoming as well! He showed us the trailer we wanted to see and we loved it. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable about all things RV related! We learned so much! He made the purchase process quick and easy. He assured us that trailer would be check out thououghly inside and out before delivery day and that we would be shown how to operate everything on it.
