Get Right Auto

I found a Jeep Wrangler on their site. Called about it and worked a deal sight unseen. In the pics it had black wheels on it. When we got there they had changed the tires and the wheels were now chrome. I said it was fine after driving the Jeep. While doing the paperwork, I was now told I dont get the title but they send it to my bank. I get home and after a week no title. I called and was told it was sent. Another week still no title. I called and was now told they were waiting on it from the dealer they bought it from. He said he would check on it and call me. 3 days later no call. I called the other dealership directly and the lady there took care of it in 30 minutes. It was a lien release issue from Chase Bank. Another week and a half I finally got my title and was able to get the ins

They sold us a junk heap. The car we bought worked ok for 2 days then the transmission went out and cost us $2600 to fix. The car was way overpriced at $2k for a 2001 ford taurus. After all that, we went to get the title changed and they never signed it, so we had to go back and pick up a signed title. I wouldn't recommend buying here unless you want an overpriced paper weight!
