Get & Zip Car Wash

"Under New Management" but no new maintenance on this wash location. Either the manual wash screens aren't working, there's no soap, or the soap isn't being rinsed off the vehicle. 3/6/26- Went through the automatic and the amount of soap still on my car was ridiculous. I got the $13 wash, then had to roll into a manual bay just to rinse. Another $4. And the entire time was needed for the amount of soap... I've had issue here before and but this was another level. I'm good on Get & Zip. ✌🏼

While the automated car wash was of good quality, the water smells stagnant to the point where I was actually dry heaving and trying not to throw up in the vehicle. My husband told me that it smelled bad, but I had previously used the car wash and it was fine. Not so much anymore! I will not use this car wash again, which is sad-I will now have to drive to Tappahannock.

Does a good job getting the dirt off of the car but leaves some spots. Also, the last time I went though the automatic wash it left a film on the car. The self service bays are better to use.

I give it 1 star for the pressure but that’s it, EVERY time I go there, and don’t learn my lesson, every bay is full of mud and i have to use my money and time to spray a path to get back in my car so I dont have muddy feet AND I have to spray a path to drive out or back up so I don’t get mud all over my tires and car. Oh and not to mention you can’t change options once the screen gets a mist or heavier on it.l

It was great for a quick wash. My car was yellow from the pollen. However, it did not get the bird poop off, so I had to clean that off myself when I got home.
