Abit of a crap shoot, forget customer quality. Mechanics do not take any pride in your vehicle. In my opinion the Service Mgr. is arrogant & rude, saw this demonstrated towards us and other customers.
Great place. We have 5 trucks. Parts and service are excellent. Big thanks to Kyle for always being on top of our needs. We are 5 miles from Chevrolet in Venice, but have such a better experience at Punta Gorda, so they now have all our business
stopped in today to get a new battery in my car fob. Ken was great!! I was in and out quickly.
I was not at Gettel but was at the Enterprise car rental on premises. My overall experience was great. They were helpful and courteous. I do wish they had explained all the bells and whistles for the car operation better
