Reliable and trustworthy shop with kind people. I feel good about bringing my car to Getz. They make the process very smooth, transparent, and honest. They provided a thorough inspection and report before charging any cost to run diagnostics. They also provided transportation home and back to the shop to get my car, allowing me to have a productive day while my car got fixed. Oh- and they even cleaned the dirt out of my floorboard! It’s extremely valuable to be able to trust the people providing you with a service that is outside of your expertise. I am grateful to have such a trustworthy shop so close by that I genuinely feel good about going to. Thank you guys for doing what you do!

I was about one mile from home when 5 warning lights when on simultaneously on our 10 year old Subaru. When I got home my husband looked up the meanings of the warnings and decided that we needed to have the car towed for repair. We used AAA and they gave us a few recommendations. I looked up the Google reviews and decided to use Getz in Fuquay. I am so glad that I did. When I called to let them know that my car was being towed I spoke with Cleo who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Took 2009 car in with minor oil leak. Paid for diagnostic and gasket fix and they identified shocks/struts that were worn out (which we replaced). Price seemed very fair and competitive. Quick turnaround and easy to pick up vehicle after hours. Experienced a charge issue and they quickly resolved it with credit back to my account. Very professional.
