About seven months ago, I brought my car to this place. The car was exactly like the picture shown. The owner ,Jen, told me that the tires needed to be replaced and that an expensive part -costing about $2000-also needed to be changed. I trusted their advice and agreed to the recommended repairs. In total, i spent around $4000, including four brand-new tires. But look now- less than a year later- the brand-tires look exactly the same as before the repair! I just want to show what happened to me and my car when I trusted this shop, I ‘ve also been waiting almost two weeks for the new parts that said they ordered for me. I would like to ask the owner directly: what exactly did you change on my car ? And why would you treat a customer this way?

I couldn’t be happier with the service. Despite the recent snow storm, they got the job done timely and effectively! The price was very fair, and they kept everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and hard work. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to GF and all I can say is I have never been treated with more respect and kindness. Mike is amazing, he kept me updated on the progress of my repair, was patient with dealing with my insurance company and worked on my car promptly. I am very pleased and happy with the service. I was very impressed with the battery installation…loved how you cleaned and removed the corrosion, and sprayed terminals with protection coating. I couldn’t check the brake work, but I’m sure it’s the same professional work as you did on the battery. Again I’m very happy and you now have a new customer. Thank you, Marty
