Stressed that I was only interested if they could service my vehicle before 11 as I had other appointments. Was told they would have my tires in about an hour to an hour and a half. Called back two hours later and said they were en route and would call me when arrived. Called back another hour later and still no tires. Now I will have to miss my scheduled appointments or drive on a spare tire. Unprofessional. Would not use again

Every time my girlfriend brings her van to this shop there are always problems afterwards. This last time when she brought it in. They told her she needed a water pump and timing belt. I know about cars and told her it didn’t have a timing belt. So when she took it in they said or sorry meant timing chain. Anyone who knows something about cars is that timing belts are definitely something to keep an eye on. But timing chains typically last the life of an engine. Either way she let them do the work even though I didn’t agree with them doing the timing chain. The first week they had the van the messed up and ordered the wrong part. Ok it happens. We thought we needed our breaks done because they were squeaking . The mechanic inspected the car and found no need for breaks. The mechanic even called us out to the mechanic's area and showed us the brakes in the car and that they were in good condition. He also explained why we heard a squeaking sound. Our mechanic was honest and did not try to cheat us at all.So we didn't have to pay a thing. Not even for him looking at the car breaks. I really appreciated that because I am a woman and went there with my sister. For that reason, this is the best auto mechanic place Jacksonville! I stopped in for a tire that was losing air, was greeted promptly by Matt and he was able to get my truck in and repair my tire in about 10 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and they were very fair and honest on pricing. Would recommend for all your tire needs.
