Cesar is the best!!!! Made the process so chill and didn’t make us feel like he was selling us anything, he HELPED us choose the right RV. So grateful for the experience and we love our Rockwood! I recommend everyone work with Cesar, he’s amazing.

From start to finish, it was great. We were referred to John initially from a friend and walked in unannounced on John's day off. We were shown to his brother Zach who took awesome care of us! Zach was thorough, super friendly (not in a salesy way) and just felt like we were chatting with a friend who happened to know ALOT about trailers. He listened to our wishes and took his time. After thinking about things for a day, we went back with a decision. Zach again took us around and making sure we felt confident before talking numbers. Great group of people here. We’ve looked at dozens of RVs at several different places. Saw a model online we hadn’t seen before on the Giant RV website. It looked like it checked most of our wants. Called to see if it was still on the lot since we weren’t far from there and talked to Stuart. Stuart was helpful, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. There was no pressure as we took our time looking at everything. We left to get lunch and talk over the purchase. There was no pressure from anyone as we left.
