I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for years Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and Range Rover (yes, photos in Google Photos). Today I brought in my Tesla. Prices have always been inconsistent, but this last visit was the final straw. I was quoted $150 for a basic wash after the owner glanced at my Tesla and said it was because I hadn’t washed it in a long time. That makes no sense. The car wasn’t even very dirty just some dog hair on the mats. Charging more simply because you assume the customer can pay, or because of how long it’s been, is completely unreasonable. Customers come to a car wash because their car needs cleaning. That should never be used as an excuse for random pricing. On top of that, the owner’s attitude was irritated and unprofessional. My Jeep looked better than the day I bought it almost 6 years ago. They did an amazing job inside and out. Customer service was in point and it was clear that they took pride in their work. I will definitely be back and take my other vehicles as well. Thank you Gibson Family!!!

It is always a pleasure doing business with Gibson’s. They take the necessary time required to make sure the job is done properly. I’ve been 5 times (3 for me, 2 for my wife) and I know to expect professionalism and quality. I got the full luxury detail for the first time and it was as advertised. I didn’t know my 2015 Frontier could shine like that.
