Very friendly. Honest when asked what was wrong with the car. Had steering issues (it wobbled) and said he wasn't sure what it was and told us he was thinking it was the tires. It was. We got the best deal ever on my daughter's 1st car (aka her dream car). Unfortunately, Someone ran into her and totaled it out so now we are on the hunt again and will be headed to Gilbert to see if he has anything she likes.

Mr. Gilbert is very kind and honest. Highly recommend. He makes sure you are happy and reasonable.
