Excellent customer service and a straightforward process. I had scheduled an appointment for an alignment, and upon inspection, it was determined that no adjustments were necessary. The staff then took the time to discuss their findings with me, provided a detailed quote, and informed me that the necessary work would be completed by the end of the day. The Starter went out in my 96 Impala SS. Im not from the area so I googled and read reviews. A few folk mentioned fair pricing, so I tried Gillespie. - Not the experience I had. .charged $360 for Carquest remanufactured starter, a part I priced at $230, same retailer and part number ( no way I can buy it cheaper than them, thats had the original price as a markup!) Charged $150 diagnostic( for a nondealersgip, not a good price and any mechanic I have used doesn't charge diagnostic if you let them do the work - to earn repeat business) - Charged 1.5 hours labor for the starter...it's 4 bolts man ..come on now - 1 labor hour to replace the serpentine belt- I can do it in 15 minutes ( yes they bill in partial hours obviously for the starter) Good way to stick it to a customer once and never

Excellent customer service and fantastic service performed! I called the day before and explained the issue, I made an appointment for the next day and they were able to diagnose and perform service promptly and held great communication throughout! Pricing was extremely fair and the whole experience was great!
