Gray's Tire and Service Center

So, I had a tire that needed some air because it appeared to be low. In fact I had gone to a gas station a couple of weekends ago to put air in it. Well today, I stopped at Gray's Automotive and asked if they would check it out. Jonathan checked it and the others. He discovered a nail on my tire causing the slow leak. He told me to give him 20 minutes and he'd have me fixed. I am so thankful for good people. Check out Gray's Automotive in Prattville. He didn't have to check for the nail. I was impressed with everything start to finish. My service advisor, Justin Halley, was welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was nice and smelled good too. I was surprised that my oil change was done in about 30 minutes. We are a military family that moves every few years, so we usually just go to the dealer for service (and sometimes the wait is up to 2 hours!). The Mazda dealer is too far of a drive for routine service, so I searched for a local place. We tried a national chain (before coming to Gray's) and they called us to ask what type of oil our car needed! I couldn't go back there, so I found great reviews of Gray's and I'm so glad I did. The price is reasonable too. We will definitely go to Gray's for our future car services.

I couldn’t BELIEVE how great customer service was at this place! This was my first time ever going to a tire repair shop at all so I didn’t really know what to expect. I came in to have an inspection on my tire that I believed had a slow leak. The employees really did an amazing job of making you feel welcomed. Not only was the leak fixed but service was extremely fast even with other customers being present as well! Now I am able to make my job interview thanks to Gray’s Tire Service! I would recommend to anyone, truly 10/10 service!!

I was headed out of town and needed a quick turn around on my tire. They got me in and got it fixed. They inspected everything and made me feel good about the repair. I had already been to two other shops and they blew me off and tried to sell me four new tire with mine only having 15000 miles on them. They bailed me out in a bind.
