Gill’s is hands down the most trusted mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. They’re honest, kind, professional, and their communication is always on point. I originally went to another shop for an emission test, and not only did they fail me, they charged me for both the failed emissions and safety test. They also tried to quote me $300 for a repair they weren’t even sure would fix the problem — and said it could end up costing more. That was an immediate red flag. I went straight to Gill’s afterward, told them what happened, and they checked my car themselves. Gill’s contacted me in a timely matter and they let me know there was absolutely nothing wrong. I was recommended this place when I moved here as the best fairest priced no nonsense mechanic you can find and it is absolutely that. They are efficient and you get amazing service for an extremely fair price. This is the best auto shop I've found. Another shop gave me a long list of repairs that they said were urgent but Gill's examined my vehicle and said I had another 20,000 miles before I needed anything serious done. Gill's Automotive price is also more affordable than the other shop. I've used Gill's before and I will continue using them.
