I had the worst experience possible. I dropped my truck off for an alignment. At the location off 10th ave. In caldwell, idaho. After I replaced my rack and tierod ends. There were absolutely no leaks or fluid trails from me pulling into the driveway. They did their inspection and then called me and told me they blew my powersteering pump on the test drive. (Come to find out, they never test drove my truck). I showed up to pick up my truck. i saw a complete trail from where they pulled it out of the alignment bay to where they attempted to park my truck in a parking stall. Decided not to and parked it in the entrance where it could get hit by people pulling in and out of the business. I told them about it and they claim they never touched anything. Had a very poor experience at this tire place. I went for an alignment and they claimed they were only able to align part of my vehicle, although a different shop was successfully able to align the entire thing. The employee helping us also told us that the valve stem caps were seized on but we were able to remove them ourselves with our hands in the parking lot. They also broke the gas pedal and did not offer to do anything about that. Overall, there was a lack of service and accountability.

All I know is I will never take any of my other vehicles to this shop. Felt disrespected and treated like I was below an average citizen. You know it has to be bad when you get better customer service from jalopy jungle than there. They have fully lost a customer. I wouldn't even trust the people running this store to check the air in my tires.

They were really professional, got the work done fairly quick. They are definitely on the pricey side for both an oil change, wipers and also gave me a quote for some new tires. Very expensive in fact but hey they gave me a $19.99 discount on the change so that's something haha.
