Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service

The team at Gills set an exceptionally high bar when it comes to Customer Service. From never hearing of them, to now being the only place I'll go for tires, says a lot about that service. I needed 4 new tires, STAT! I wasn't familiar with the area so called a friend who suggested Gills because they had financing available. I went to their website, and took care of everything within maybe 20 minutes. Applied and got approved for an amount to cover the cost of 4 tirees. Ordered the tires with the only setback of having to wait a week for them to come in. I still needed my vehicle so drove to Gills to see if my flat could be repaired or if they would put my spare on. They looked at my tires, and to make a long story very short, had a phone call by 2:30pm that day stating my tires were person

Can you imagine going to get your tires replaced and then being told that both your lower ball joints need to be replaced? OK, cool. How much? My daughter was told 885 dollars. Are you all insane? The parts are 32 bucks each ( ac delco). Even if your labor was 100/hr your still only at 400 including parts. You see a woman and think you you can take advantage of her. Its terrible. You should be ashamed.

Not sure what type of business they’re running here but I had a very interesting interaction over the phone with 3 employees here. I called in early Jan. to see how much it would be to install tpms sensors on my vehicle and they told me they couldn’t guarantee that they could program them if they’re not OEM but they would try and it would be $60-66 for the install. I was just shopping around to see how much it would cost but it was not a bad price so I kept them in mind for when I was ready to do it. I called today to double check how much it would be since I was now ready to do it and the person who answered the phone was a different gentleman than the one I spoke to the first time. Ordered a tire for my vehicle and came 3 days earlier then date told which was great. Service guy could have been a little more hospitable. Usually have great service when I go. Might of had a bad day i guess.

The guys at gills point tire shop, are awesome I had some issues with a Subaru TPMS sensor and they took care of it and it wasn't an easy fix so my hats go off to Williams Bard the service manager, and gio the service tech. Great experience in buying tires to from these people. You'll be happy.
