Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service

Well I went there today. Dropped my truck off this morning. Made it very clear that I needed the right passenger side. Rear tire changed. The guy wrote it down correctly but when I got back and picked up my vehicle they had not changed that tire. They changed a good tire that was on the other side that there was nothing wrong with. Then it took them an hour to find the the old tire so they could put it on the passenger side. Apparently in the back which was the one I originally wanted change to a new tire and it still cost me $300. On top of that I was late to return my truck which is $65 an hour. I have been going here for years and the old place budget tire never had a problem... And I've continued to come here now since the new owners.. hopefully when I call tomorrow to talk to the man

Tore a hole in my front passenger tire that couldn't be repaired in a pothole 2 days ago. Went in yesterday by appointment, but they didn't have my tire in stock so it had to be ordered for next day delivery from Lansing, 45 minutes away. I checked in at 2pm today, telling them I really need this for work, and again at 4pm, which the second seemed to spur them into getting on it. Wasn't done until 4:45pm which meant it was not possible for me to get where I needed to be for my job before EOB. It was frustrating because I lost 2 days of work over this. I went in and saw what they deal with so I couldn't be too upset, though. They're busy, do good work and have reasonable prices.

My husband took my truck in yesterday to have the tires switched out. First they couldn’t even get my lugs off, I just had tires off in my driveway last week, they damaged all the lugs so he had to purchase new ones. Then upon further inspection of my tires/rims he found they beat the crap out of one of them, put a hole in the cap and took chunks out of the aluminum. He Went back into the store this morning for them to tell him it’s not their problem and there is nothing they can do. He said yesterday there was only 2 people waiting yet it took him close to 3 hours for the truck to get done and when he walked outside all of the workers were standing out behind the shop smoking. Currently waiting on call back from the higher ups because this is unacceptable!!! Do not recommend going here fo

No good. Took 4 brand new tires in there to get mounted and balance. 3 of them leaked. Took them back in there, they said they fixed the leaks. Here i am today. 2 of them still leaking. A tire place that does fix tire. Place is very inexpensive, not worth your time to go back in for a 3rd time, or a first time.

I needed my rear driver side steering knuckle replaced, and it was impossible to find the part. These guys went over and beyond to help me out, and I am forever and truly grateful. Andrew is who worked on my car .
