The acting manager, Mike, was really great and explained everything to me in layman’s terms before starting work. Very patient and friendly. I’ve been coming back since then. Pricing is reasonable in my opinion.

I brought my car into bills Point s in Salem for Diagnostics my engine was turning off and overheating they diagnosed the problem quickly and did the necessary repairs in record time the manager Greg and his staff could not have been more accommodating professional and great to work with. Gills Point S is now our family's one and only place to bring our cars! oh, and their prices are great, especially for the level of highly trained, experienced and skilled mechanics they have on staff.

Went to get air in my tires but had to change one of my dual tires around and still didn't charge me.. great place..

Troy and his crew did a great job making my Toyota pickup steer like new again! I've been chasing a clunk that I could not figure out for a long time. They replaced the Idler arm, Steering Dampener and wheel bearings in the Rt Ft of my old Toyota and it's like new again with no clunk!. Great job guys!!! Keep up the awesome work and great customer service!

Made an appointment for a battery change. Turns out I needed a new alternator. They had me back on the road in roughly 2 hours. Which was great since I was on my way out of town to go camping and already had the car fully loaded with all of my gear.
