Such amazing staff! I have been scammed and I was honest and told them this and they have been nothing but upfront and honest about the work both cars needed. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my car was safe! There is literally no where else id rather go than this gills!
Katie and crew know their tires! Took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of different tire types (e.g., all-season vs all-weather) and patiently priced out each option. Amazing team!
Had my TPMS sensors replaced on my Mercedes. They were fast and professional. I had an undue after I left and they fixed it right away
Cait went over and above to take care of me during my visit. She took the time to go through everything one by one and explain it in depth so I understood exactly what needed to be done to my truck. She even color coded the itemized list of recommendations to let me know what I should do now and what could wait. As someone who is not very mechanically inclined, I have always been nervous in the past that I would be overcharged, so I have been really relieved to find a shop and mechanics that I can trust. Thank you Gills Point Auto!
