NAPA Auto Parts - SANEL AUTO PARTS - SPRINGFIELD, VT

I needed a battery. I went in to napa, I was waited on immediately. They tested my battery( to make sure it was just the battery and not the alternator, as well)and they jump started my Jeep after the test. I bought the battery and went on my way. Excellent customer service.

I called at 7am today 1/14/22 and was told the battery I needed in stock, but that they said they didn't install batteries. I went into the store 15 minutes later and was told.I could come back after 830am and someone could help then. My battery was $119.99 and I felt letting money be told to come back, was poor service. Eventually got it installed, but I can shop Advance Auto just as easily next time.
