Most importantly - they fixed my car and it is running great, and the pricing was very reasonable. I had multiple problems. Joey was super helpful (He helped through using my warranty, took all that stress off). Service was very good and really easy to use. He clearly communicated pricing for each issue and it was easy to choose which issues I wanted to have fixed. Joey worked with me on the pricing as well. It was a really good experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

Gil’s has been around since I was a child in Ridgewood. Joey was excellent in listening and getting my car repaired for my grandson. He went above snd beyond. Definitely feel he was honest and trustworthy— and Ihad a service station with my husband years ago, so that is important to me. Joey explained what was needed and what might be needed in the future. I was pleased with the price.

Fast, professional and honest car repairs. Excellent work and super nice people. I appreciate that the service technicians are thorough but only recommend what needs to be done, as opposed to adding extra services which are not actually necessary at the time. Great to have Gil's in the area!

went for oil / oil filter change and tire rotation - general servicing stuff - and also got fair quote on engine and cabin filter changes. Fast, efficient & professional with everything: scheduling (I did by phone), invoicing & approving estimates (all electronic), servicing, etc. automated text communications are really helpful, but Jim is also communicative. Just generally friendly, professional people - not pushy. I was a return customer and will return again.

My experience with Gil’s was incredible. They are literally the best mechanics I have encountered in my lifetime. I brought in a very old car with multiple problems and not only did they fix it beautifully they did so while including me throughout the process. They even managed to repair what another mechanic broke and lied about. Honest and reliable care while truly taking pride in the work done. I cannot recommend more!!
