Highly impressed! Ben showed earlier than expected and was ok going through the Vandenberg commercial gate and waiting….. He was as professional and prompt as he was kind and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

We called Good Sam's for help with a dead battery today. We were PROMPTLY sent a tow truck from Gil's Towing of Santa Maria! The driver, Tio, gave us excellent, polite service, and towed us to Auto Zone on Broadway where we continued to receive speedy, excellent Service. Thanks to All of you for excellent, speedy service and making our day a better day!!!

Got a flat tire on our way out of Vandenberg Air Force Base heading in the Lompoc on an uphill. Chris got out there super fast, USAA said the whole thing up. We didn’t have chalks or a sufficient Jack to change the tire ourselves, and he got us in and out less than 30 minutes once he got there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. As someone who used to drive tow trucks in the service, it was probably one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had having to have a tire changed. Thanks Chris!
