Had a full set of shoes put on and had a leaker. This company stood behind their work EVEN when it was my rim that was the problem. They swapped tires out and made sure all was well.... FREE OF CHARGE. Talk about great customer service. Kudos, Julie and team for top of the line product, pricing, and service.

I required four new tires for my 1969 Cougar Convertible and went to Ginman Tires as my family has dealt with them over the years and they have always placed our satisfaction first and foremost. Julie identified the tires I needed and had them there the same day. Julie and her team went above and beyond to swap out my old tires and the price I paid for the new tires was very reasonable. Kudos to Quinn for his tremendous efforts in getting the new tires mounted and balanced. They give you out-the-door pricing with no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch, and no games — just straightforward honesty like businesses used to be when a person’s word and a handshake meant something. Julie at the front desk is absolutely wonderful to work with: friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. They were packed solid because of the Michigan winter rush and couldn’t get my tires mounted when I needed, but they still went out of their way to program my TPMS sensors and make sure I wasn’t stuck. That kind of customer service is rare these days. 10/10 — highly recommend Ginman Tire!

Amazing customer service! Very friendly! We found a nasty looking screw in one of our tires and they were able to work us in after a very short wait! The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and personable! Quick service! I would recommend them to anyone!
