I had an outstanding experience at GK Tire and Auto on North Tyler in Wichita! I stopped in for an oil change and was blown away by how efficient, professional, and welcoming the entire visit was. They got me in and out quickly, yet still took the time to thoroughly go over everything with me and make sure all my questions and concerns about my truck were fully addressed. Samuel Miller was the standout—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and informed about my vehicle. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. We originally brought my daughter’s car in for just an oil change, and they found another issue that needed attention. My daughter was paying for the repair herself, and they were incredibly honest and upfront about everything. Not only was their pricing fair, but they actually ended up charging less than the original estimate. That level of integrity is rare. We are truly grateful and highly recommend them.

We've used GK tire for years. George has retired and so they have a new owner but we recently had 2 cars serviced. It was still great. They are always honest and fair. We buy our tires and have all maintenance done through them. I’d recommend them without reservation.

I have just recently discovered this repair shop as my 1st choice for my fleet of older cars. When I don't have time or garage space to fix it myself, GK Tire has helped me to be frugal still, with honest diagnostic evaluation, and reasonable $ parts and labor . It is refreshing to have a local business who treats customers fairly. They were very quick with service and even without an appointment! I love this place!
