Glass America

Nothing but good things to say about Glass America. Truck got broken into at 4:45AM, called Glass America around 11AM, and they had a technician out by 2 PM. Same day service like that is incredible. My technician Isaac was friendly, communicative, and professional. He did a great job and even vacuumed up the massive mess these thieves created with shards of glass everywhere. These folks have our business if and when the time comes.

They did a poor job fixing my windshield. After the job- I reached out because I have concerns and they told me it’s normal. Now it’s looking like it’s spreading. I understand there are risks but I think for this one it’s poor quality of work. The only thing they can offer is credit towards a windshield. That’s so wrong. Because of their poor workmanship— I will now need to get my windshield replaced. I should have waited for the other company even if I had to wait for a few more days. I went with Glass America because they had availability immediately. Lesson learned.

Had someone break one of my windows in my truck while out of town working and I called 4 other businesses which were expensive and didnt have anyone available till the following day. THESE guys reached out and took care of me. Amazing price and they didn't mess around. Came in and got it done. Thanks guys

I was referred to Glass America from my insurance agent and they have wonderful customer service. Dominic was my installer and he was professional, clean and thorough. Would highly recommend them!

Called on Friday and Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Got a call Saturday morning at 8:15am saying they cant do it till Tuesday. Then was told they could have dont it Saturday and that I would get a call back in 10 minutes. An hour passed, so I called them and turns out the quote was canceled. Terrible customer service and lack of organization. Dont waste your time.
