Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

These guys are pro’s! They have such attention to detail and care about the quality they produce. They quotes be for a 2 hour appointment window and it took all of like 45 min. Already recommended them to others I know that got cracked windows. They also destroyed Safelite’s price by a long shot.

Had a disappointing experience with a different glass replacement company so we canceled and went directly to our dealership in Hudson Oaks and Jerry’s Hyundai. They recommended America Glass in Arlington so we called to make an appointment. Steve answered our call and immediately gave us the best customer service and the best pricing he could give us. Haven’t had our windshield replacement yet but I can already tell we won’t be disappointed.

Charles took my car in even when the scheduling call center messed up the appointment. He was friendly and empathetic to me driving a long distance to get the job done. He found the glass at a local supplier, had my car window replaced, and did it with a smile. I’ll definitely come and see Charles Nipp again when I need my windshield repaired or replaced. BTW - confirm your appointment with the shop and not with the call center.

Great customer service. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to help me understand the issue I was having with my driver side window and took the time to explain what I would need to fix it. I would highly recommend Glass America to anyone!

They were the cheapest place and they were able to do it next day. However, someone smashed my windshield and they didn’t clean up any glass. Maybe it’s not standard but every other glass company has cleaned up the loose glass. I noticed my rubber weather stripping on bottom was cut into or torn and not fixed or even mentioned by them. Glass works well and they got the job done. Could just be one tech had a bad day.
