I had a great experience with Glass America. Kathy B. reached out to me right away when she learned I needed my broken door glass repaired. I’ve referred insurance customers to her before, and she’s always been reliable and professional. Mike communicated clearly about his arrival time and even showed up earlier than expected. He did an excellent job replacing the glass and thoroughly explained what to do if I experience any issues. Both Kathy and Mike provided outstanding communication and service. I would absolutely work with them again.

After a little mixup in where to go,((settled easily,) our experience was very good. There was discussion on whether it actually needed to be replaced and he researched with Gerber who had just done the collision repair. It was necessary and car was in great shape when returned.
