Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

My experience with glass America was amazing. The appointment was made around my very hectic schedule. When the installer called on the day of the install, he was very professional and got the install done at my job so I could get home on time to take my little girl out for her birthday dinner. Took my car to have the windshield replaced at the 10800 Reading Rd 45241 location on 2025-08-13 (Job #: 7605350). Not sure if the install tech was rushed, messy or lazy and I don’t care but before I even drove off site, I noticed an area of gooped black sealant in a corner, black foam that wasn’t trimmed back far enough and the metal of the car now showing. We are FURIOUS about the metal showing. Went back in, told the desk personnel who stated the tech had left for the day but they could schedule a tech in our area to come the following Friday on his way to work a little after 8am. The tech who looked at it the following Friday didn’t show up until after 10am. I called that morning to see why he was so late but was placated without proper answers. I was calling around trying to find a reasonable price for a cracked windshield. Long story short I called these guys and they were quick to get someone out to fix my windshield. I had my glass fixed a couple of days ago and Mike was very responsive and detailed on when he should be arriving out. Couldn’t ask for a much better customer service. My windshield looks better now.

Andrew did a great job! Very professional. We needed a window fixed and they came to our house and fixed it within an hour of calling. Highly recommend calling if you need a window replacement

I cannot tell you how glad I was to find this company. Service, price and workmanship excellent. Fast and prompt service the gentleman that installed the windshield were very nice and explained everything.
