Very impressed with my service, from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Glass America reached out to me after they were contacted by my insurance... I gave them the details and they scheduled me for the very next day. My technician called when he was on his way, and came to my place of employment to complete the job. Upon arrival he looked at my windshield, explained everything thoroughly and completed the replacement efficiently and professionally. Very pleased from beginning to end! I highly recommend Glass America. (Erie, Pennsylvania)
The place is kinda hard to find not a very inviting place looks like a run down garage. The time to replace my windshield was fast got me in early. Guy was friendly. But was unhappy about them voiding out my inspection sticker and not giving me a receipt right away to help me if i got pulled over they said i would have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get one. After going to the insurance company and listening to what they say i have to get my vechial re inspected after only having the vechial for 2 months.
Excellent job in replacing the windshield on my Audi
