Got both front and rear windows for an old Jetta. Total was $566 for BOTH. Safelite wanted $1300+ and Glass Doctor was $790. The appointment was scheduled based on our timeline and the work for both was completed with 3 hours.
Top tier service, friendly, very reasonable price on replacement and recalibration of safety systems. I was surprised by the waiting area; unlike other auto shops where you’re met with old magazines and stacks of new tires for sale, GA’s is comfortable, welcoming, and filled with awesome plants!
So far, they've managed to seal my leaking windshield and rear window for amazing prices, where Safelite refused to even consider resealing my windows. Thanks to the amazing technicians for doing amazing work!
Matt H replaced our windshield this morning. 19 degrees F. Less than an hour. Laudable attitude and work ethic. He is an outstanding and professional man and an excellent representative of Glass America. Highly recommend!
I had scheduled an appointment. Actually dropped the vehicle off 1/2hr in advance. 3hrs later the technician just got the windshield out. Half a day wasted because they can’t stay on schedule.
