Glass America

After an errant golf ball took out my rear glass on my new F-150 a friend mentioned contacting Glass America in Livonia. The experienced Glass America family took care of my glass replacement with professionalism and care. They made an unfortunate situation an easy process. Making me feel as though I was a member of their family. I would highly recommend using Glass America for all of your glass services.

They took care of my 2007 Ford Focus in an hour. I drove my car up there. The front desk was very friendly and the workers as well. Before your appointment, I had a gentlemen call me and verify the car on what it was and insurance. The place is a little hidden away but they gave a waiting room inside. You’re more than welcome to drop off car or wait. There’s also bottle water.

Back around April of 2021, my wife's windshield cracked and Glass America sent a guy out to replace it. While removing the cracked windshield, the guy busted the cowl around the wipers. He also broke part of the rear view mirror assembly, so it just hangs, rather than being secure. My wife and I have contacted these people several times about replacing the damaged parts and they STILL have not done it. It is June of 2023 and they still haven't fixed what their guy broke and are not even trying. The wife is contacting their corporate office to see what can be done. I recommend STRONGLY that people stay away from this business.

I had a small crack and was directed to Glass America as they had an Onsight Tech. to do the repair. I arrived and they took my car back and in less than 20 minutes a gentleman brought my car around and it was completed. They did an excellent job quickly and you can hardly see the repair. I would highly recommend them and will be giving them all my future business!!! On a side note I am a USMC Veteran and they made it a point to recognize my service for which I am always grateful! Thank you!!!!!

Glass America did an excellent job on my windshield replacement! They made my claims process quick and easy and answered every question I had! My windshield was practically shattered and now it looks good as new. I would recommend getting work done with them. Super efficient & kind throughout the whole process.
