Incredible value and customer service. Jessica and Matt were very helpful in coordinating the repair at my office, my window was intact and Jaleel was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The price was considerably lower than nearby comps. 100% would recommend for any and all auto glass repair.

They replaced my semi whenshield since then whatever dripping inside, everytime it's rain. Worst experience ever, this the sixth time they come to fixed but still the same and keep on lying to me everytime about they will order a new glass for me in Miami and stuff. We set up a new appointment for today and technician show by himself with no new glass and my whenshield still can't fixed properly.

Repairman broke my visor clamp. Waiting forever for fix. No communication returned. Called 3 times for nothing. Ordered my own part 35 bucks!!

There was a snafu with scheduling service, but my technician, Manuel, deserves five stars. He was courteous, efficient, thorough, and had my car finished in under an hour. He made sure we knew how to care for the replacement for lasting results and communicated promptly. When I checked my car, the quality was really well done. I'm very pleased with his work! On the customer service side, it's frustrating that calling the local number connects you to the nationwide call center. My call center rep, Jesse, was very courteous and helpful, though. He confirmed me for a Tuesday appointment. But then later I received a confirmation text for Monday. I couldn't make that due to work, but even though it was an error on their end, it took some extra effort and long hold times to make sure I was still
