Glass Doctor of Kansas City

Glass doctor was a life saver. I was calling on behalf of my partner Jennifer. Well calling as her. Where other places wanted to charge so much, Glass doctor was reasonable priced. Ron smith came out to fix it. He was knowledgeable and professional. Informed me about the warranty and how to care for the glass till it was fully cured. He was fast and efficient. Kelsey and Carly in the office were also amazing to work with! They set up the appointment and even helped me change it when I wasn’t able to have the work done that day. Thank you glass doctor!

Had a rear window just explode on the highway this morning.....quite the experience. After contacting Glass Doctor I had a fabulous time speaking with Kelsie getting things set up same day and with Ron doing the replacement. Couldn't recommend their company higher. They were pleasant, helpful, and did exactly what they said they would do. Didn't take longer than an hour for Ron to knock it out and he's a very nice guy. Thank you to both of them for making a "not so great" day significantly better by their quality customer service and skillsets. Extremely grateful to them both and all the help they provided me. Don't waste time with anyone else and call this company. You will be happy you did. Thanks again to both of them!

Absolutely wonderful! Took great care with my new 4x6 picture windows. Walked me through all of my options. They look incredible!!! Here are photos of the NEW and what the old looked like.

One of the reasons I chose Glass Doctor to do this project was because of the time Don spent measuring each and every window to make sure the measurements were correct. He and Ron worked together and had everything completed on the first day for the main part of the project. The new glass looks so much better!

We were visiting Kansas City and our vehicle got broke into at the hotel. We called our insurance company who set us up with another repair company. They weren't going to be able to fix the window until 3 days later. One quick call to the Glass Doctor and they added our service to the end of that day! The service tech was awesome to work with. He met us at our location. It didn't take 45 minutes. He swept all of the broken glass from the vehicle, as well. The price was much more affordable compared to the other company. The service was great!
