Hannah and her team were AMAZING! Needed our bus cleaned for the game. We are from out of town. We pulled in hopeful to get directions to a self service car wash. We left with an AMAZINGLY clean Trudo's Express! Can't thank Hannah and her team enough!

The people there are very friendly and helpful. Generally, it runs pretty smoothly. Occasionally the lines will get slow if they’re trying to sign somebody up. The service is great the vacuums work good and there are soft cloths and cleaners to clean the inside of your car. All in all it is worth the price and the convenience.

Cassandra deserves a medal, a raise, and probably a vacation after dealing with me today 😂 I pulled into the completely wrong lane at Tidal Wave Car Wash during peak chaos hour, with cars stacked up like a theme park line, and she still handled it like a total pro. She was calm, friendly, and somehow made me feel like I didn’t just fail Car Wash 101. She got everything sorted out quickly, kept things moving, and was genuinely nice about it — no stress, no attitude, just great customer service. If every busy day had a Cassandra running it, the world would be a smoother place (and my car would be cleaner, faster). 10/10 — saved my wash and my dignity.

Date of Visit: 12/21/2025 I have been a loyal Tidal Wave customer for over a year and have visited nearly every Tidal Wave location within a 30-mile radius across Missouri and Kansas. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. As I was pulling into the car wash bay, the attendant began yelling at me repeatedly to turn my wheel. I complied. She then approached my window and stated, “You need to listen to what I tell you to do.” I calmly explained that I am a daily customer and that simple guidance would have been sufficient. Her response was, “You come here every single day, so you should know.” The interaction was unnecessarily rude, hostile, and disrespectful. After my wash, I asked to speak with the manager, Malachi.
