Glass Inc

A man in a white shirt in a Chevy pick up with the company logo came up in Chick-fil-A - honking his horn at a line that couldn’t move - revving his truck. Then parking like a jerk - slamming his brakes, slamming his door and shaking his head as he exited his vehicle walking in to get his food. Literally, would never use this company if this is how an employee/owner of the company reacts to a small line and a short inconvenience to wait a moment.

Glass Inc. was recommended to me, and I left very happy. The woman at the front desk was kind and had someone start cutting what I needed immediately. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers had bad experiences, but I will definitely be coming back!

1st glass replacement was fine, over 2 months later still waiting for the estimate and replacement for a 3×4 window (pain) pane.

I've done business with them for over 15 years but the person they have working the phone and counter lately is snotty and has bad customer service. I completely understand from having to deal with people in this area, but some people are legitimately trying to do business with you. Apparently they have a lot of people order glass and not pick it up. I order it because they are busy and so am I, I need to pick it up and go. They want you to pay over the phone in advance before cutting it. That's fine and dandy but #1 I don't deal with credit cards and mostly use cash. #2 I'm tax exempt because I run a business, they never figure that in and I have to get it adjusted which takes even longer and is a pain in the butt.
