Glass Masters Auto Glass

I had my windshield replaced in my Subaru, the technician told me on site that they could calibrate it and there would be no problem, however after my road trip to South Dakota I learned that my eyesight in the vehicle was not working and I called the company and they told me I had to bring it to St Cloud to have it calibrated, I had to take a day off of work (-250)drive my car to St Cloud only to find out that they put the wrong windshield in, so I called the shop and they had one of their technicians pick up my vehicle from my work and calibrate it when at first they told me that they didn't have a technician available, the only reason I gave two stars is because the receptionist helped me as much as she could and I appreciate her.

They were great! There were concerns of some damage after the fact and Robert drove out to show us some things on the windshield when he could have explained it all over the phone! Jesse was courteous and overall they were awesome! super simple process through my insurance as well!

If you have any auto glass issues always support small business and especially this company! They are professional, personable and helpful. I don’t trust many companies these days to be reliable and treat me well. I was pleasantly surprised to find there are still some good people out there when your in a less than ideal situation. They really went above and beyond and there is no one else I would call or recommend to handle your next auto glass repair or replacement!

Robert was very professional and polite! He showed up on time at our house and replaced the windshield quickly. He made this process very seamless. There was no effort on our part as he took care of everything including the insurance call. We will definitely use him again in the future!
