--- ⭐ 1-Star Review – Would Not Recommend Town & Country Auto I started taking my car to Town & Country about a year ago. I spent $1,000 on new tires and $800 on a brake job. Later, the owner told me he actually “gave me a deal” and that it was supposedly a $1,200 job — what a deal, right? A couple of months later, the caliper seized. I understand that can happen, but it was only two months after a full brake job. Because of that, it ruined my rear brakes and pads. I’m on a limited income due to disability, so my car sat for a while because I couldn’t afford to fix it again so soon. I always heard that he “warranties his work,” so I asked why he couldn’t at least warranty the brakes and pads and just have me pay for the calipers. He refused, saying the calipers caused the damage, so it

I waited a week or so to write this but honestly reviews are what make me go to a business in the first place. I needed a alignment for my truck. So I booked an appointment. It was easy and convenient*. when we arrived we where told it would be a little longer than we expected. However we were offered a company car*.So we left and went for breakfast and even got errands done.*When we came back the mechanic was open and honest about his work*.I really like it when they tell you what's going on. The alignment went good and we where billed less than what we were quoted*. Overall our first time experience here was great. The service was excellent.The staff was friendly. I was a Happy customer *****. keep it up!

They are very detailed when they work my vehicle. I got 4 new tires put on and they if they see other issues they are sure to let you know. Great service and great people

Town and Countey is my favorite tire work and related services shop! They're all about fixing what they can before replacing and safety comes first to them. I've booked appointments with Mike commercially and independently. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! It's a good time of year to kick the old kickers. They run great tire sales, too. I decided to switch auto shops and come to Town and Country tire and wasn't dissatisfied at all! My prior experiences at auto shops weren't great. In the past I've felt talked down to and felt like i've been overcharged because i'm a young woman who doesn't know a ton about cars. But at Town and Country Tire I felt like I was respected and they explained the issue in a concise and straightforward way. Definitely will be coming back and would recommend to people who have had similar experiences elsewhere.
