Glass Masters

He can't cut glass to size but can order it! "Glass Masters" title is misleading! He had our glass windows for 3 weeks but when I first dropped it off he said he'd get right on it that Saturday & it never happened. Also doesn't take farm taxes off & complains about it & refuses the work, which is bs & not legal. Don't recommend because he told us to go to the competition & that they had more time on their hands to deal with it.

Impossible to get ahold of. Doesn't answer the phone, return phone calls, or respond to messages on the website so will be going elsewhere for our windshield replacement.

Excellent, quick service! Cheaper than the big corporate companies.

Never answers the phone. Impossible to get ahold of. Had an appointment at 8am to get a windshield replaced. When I got there he said he didn't have a name on the appointment and he wouldn't be able to touch the car until noon. He was sitting at his desk with no cars in the shop and knew we were starting a 12 hour car ride as soon as the windshield was done. Tim was rude and acted like he didn't care if we gave him our business or not. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding customer service. Tim is wonderful.
