Friendly, courteous and very quick. I dropped off antique mirrors to be cut to a specific size for a piece.I'm restoring, and they had them done in an hour. I think what I love the most.. It's a family owned business with a proud Pineville heritage. I will be bringing all of my glass needs here in the future.

Amazing customer service, I called and was able to get an estimate AND repairs done the next day for 3 window panels!!! I absolutely loved how quick they moved and how easy they made the entire process. On top of all of that, it was such a competitive price. Thank yall so much! 100% RECOMMEND.

Really great people! I had put off trying to get my mirror repaired for over a decade before calling Glass Specialties Inc. Years ago I was told by a big box store that the service I was looking for wasn't something that could be provided. But, the gentleman at Glass Specialties Inc - not only had fixed it within mintues; they also let me watch the process! Very cool! The mirror came out better than I had even imagined, so thank yall again!! Fantastic work!

Our small business down the road needed a new windshield for a company service vehicle and Glass Specialties came through for us! They were able to have our windshield overnighted and had it replaced within an hour and a half of our drop off time!
