Take 5 Oil Change

These guys always take such good care of me and my truck. I have never been made to feel I was an inconvenience or unwelcome. They greet me with pleasant, above and beyond customer service and care, even for a check and top off. That is something very hard to find in today's market, good quality customer service and work. Thank you for always showing your customers are important and matter.

The girls and guys at this place are super friendly, knowledgeable and get you in and out quickest I’ve ever had. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes and that’s with us all visiting and talking while they worked. 10/10 recommend this place. I always use them when I’m at home if on the road I find another take 5 all my information pulls right up on the computer. I haven’t gotten the oiled changed on this new truck anywhere but take 5 so I’m not sure if the price is reasonable

I just want to say that on November 8 I was at the location on Monroe hwy in pineville, la I arrived in the afternoon time around 330 and I had an awesome experience all the way around!! The woman who works there is brilliant and the guy that was working with her was very helpful and kind hearted too!!! I hate that I didn’t get their names to mention them in person but the date and time lets them know who I’m talking about. I just bought a used jeep and the woman that changed my oil was under the car checking everything out for me and she even spotted a screw in my back passenger tire. Both of These people really know their stuff and they handle your car with care too. The first place I went was Alexandria , la take 5. The bays were full and the rude employee doyle said he wasn't gonna change mind after those 3 guys because he had a long day. This guy was rude and I was sitting there at 4;05 . It's not like i showed up after 440. But I went to pineville to get it done. Dennis/ Chloe had me done in less than 10 mins. Doyle has no customer skills. I work for a large company linetec services. We use take 5 alot but this experience has left us with a bad taste.

Logan and Donnie were awesome. They treated me with respect. Made sure everything was correct and Sound before I left. Super friendly, great experience all around. Due to their efficiency, that’s probably where I’ll be staying to get my oil changed.
