I got a small rock chip, between the size of a dime and pencil eraser, on my windshield while driving on the freeway. I texted owner Olivia on Friday and over the weekend we agreed on a price (thank you for your patriotism with the military discount on the already-reasonable price!) and time for the repair. She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it’s the tiny spot in the center of the photo – it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired

I absolutely refuse to take my 24 Subaru to the Subaru dealership in Reno. They made it a point to tell me not to take my car anywhere else if I need a windshield because of the eyesight. The dealership even told me some horror stories to drive that point home. I thankfully found Olivia and her team! They have now replaced my windshield twice because im a rock magnet i suppose. Both times they have done excellent work and have made the whole experience easy and hassle free. I have never had any issues with my eyesight after the replacements. I dont plan on taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. Not only is the price cheaper than Subaru by a long shot but I trust Olivia and her team 100%. Thank you again Glassify team.

I'm writing this after seeing and hearing of the incredible service given to my grandmother. Her windshield got cracked by a stray rock while driving. Further, the individual who replaced the windshield was incredibly friendly, respectful, and she left a lasting positive impression upon my grandmother. So much so, I felt the necessity to share.
