Matt, Ramon, Jared & Brett did a FANTASTIC job installing our shower glass. It was quite the task getting this large and heavy glass piece up the narrow staircase into the primary suite but they did it! Their customer service, professionalism and quality of product is simply stunning! I can't wait to get this bathroom finished and start enjoying it for the years to come! Thanks again for the job well done guys!

Time is money and this team knows it. I sent out five inquiries to glass companies on a Saturday. They responded to me First thing Monday other companies responded five days later. By that time, I already had a technician come out, measure the broken glass on an antique coffee table. Placed the order and it was ready for pick up Less than five days later. Deb in the office even stayed after closing, because I was stuck in traffic on 99, people just don’t do that anymore. It was very much appreciated. The glass is beautiful, everyone I interacted with was professional. If I need glass again in the future, they will be my first call - thanks to your team happy holidays

We worked with Rich at Glass Masters in Folsom and he was amazing!! He had to work around our contractor's schedule and even come back a second time to measure. He was so helpful and made great suggestions. The glass for our shower took only a week from measure to install. The installers were professional and helpful too. We will definitely use these guys again! :)

I had a screen door installed and another one fixed in March of this year. Unfortunately, there were problems with both doors that the technician was unable to fix. After calling and talking with the owner, Rich, I was assured they could be taken care of. I love that both problems were personally fixed by Rich Hanson, the owner. His dedication to making sure the customer is happy was refreshing and much appreciated. My experience went from so-so to WOW! Thank you, GlassMasters and Rich Hanson. You far exceeded our expectations!

Very responsive and professional. We needed to replace a broken shower door for a customer, and they came out right away to do the estimate and measure. The office staff was great to work with, and they had it installed as soon as they could order parts. They did a great job managing our customer, who was thrilled with the results.
