If I were you I would never buy a car from this guy. He is the rudest most unprofessional guy you could ever meet. He never answers the phone and when he does he never knows what he's talking about. I've gone over their like 20 times when the website and his sign on the door says open and nobody's been their. When we finally were able to see him he not only was super rude but says he lost the key so we could do a test drive so we came by another day and test drove it finally after weeks of contacting him. I bought a car here same day front axle driving home was about to fall off. I had it repaired to pass inspection next day emergency brake stopped working. Two weeks later wheel bearing went bad. All I had has been problems. Every time I called I got voice-mail never able to speak to anyone after sale was done. The car has been sitting in my house a month after I bought it October 2023. 5 months car still not working with no emergency breaks and issue after issue

My girlfriend and I were driving aimlessly around looking for car dealerships and came across Gleason. The yard was neat and clean (most of the other locations we came across in the Athol/Orange area were overgrown or looked like Uncle Gerry's driveway when he's mid project). Service was super friendly. We were greeted less than a minute of being there and they were super friendly. We test drove several cars and didn't once feel pressured into buying anything. My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from Clouatre Motors. George is the owner and ALWAYS steers us to vehicles that will be right for us and do what we need them to do reliably. He has even steered us away from vehicles that we wouldn't end up happy with. Every car/van we have bought from him has been excellent running, no problems and totally reliable. He has bent over backwards to help us out. I would send anyone here to get a vehicle. He sells quality cars at very reasonable prices and will back you up as a customer even after the sale. If he tells you that its a good car, you can trust him on it.

Google says to share the details of my experience but funnily enough I haven’t gotten to “experience” anything. I’ve called for two days now to inquire about their rentals and not only have my calls been ignored, the last one was picked up and was promptly hung up without ever speaking to me. Not sure whether I can call this unprofessional considering I’ve never spoken with someone but considering that my call was answered and promptly disconnected is a new experience for me when attempting to contact a business.
