Glen Allen Towing

40 miles remaining on our 1000 mile trip to see the grandkids our transmission failed on our promaster. Our mechanic in henrico recommended Glen Allen Towing. From dispatch to drop at Certified Glen Allen Towing handled everything courtiously ,efficiently and turned a stressful situation into a better outcome. The driver called on his way to confirm our location on busy highway and loaded us safely. Props to Andre for loading us safely where not all drivers slow down or move over. We will be recommending Glen Allen Towing to everybody we know here in Va.

This was my first time using Glen Allen Towing. I was very impressed with Matt’s knowledge about my car and where to take it to after my accident. He was quick to arrive and worked very fast. Payment was easy to make also. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Greats experience at a great price. They responded promptly to my inquiry and got we scheduled quickly. They even when above and beyond by coming to me and getting my key for the tow! And the gentleman, Matt, that did the tow, actually got my car started and called me to let me know and gave me the option of bring my my car vs still taking it to the shop.
