Phenomenal Service! AAA sent Glenn's Towing, and Mike came out. No exaggeration... Mike is the nicest, most polite gentleman you could ever imagine! I was so utterly impressed, I called his supervisor just to compliment the extraordinary service I was provided. You can't go wrong with Mike! BTW: If you're AAA, you can call Glenn's directly, and they can help you with AAA...that way you make sure to get the service you desire.

Called AAA because our car broke down on 78, they called Glenn’s and within less than a half hour Glenn’s found a tow truck that could take our whole family home. Tajae had us hooked up and on the road. He was an amazingly safe driver and an equally nice driver! I highly recommend them if you’re in the area. If we lived closer, I’d definitely take the car for repairs!

Tajae came out to tow my piece of junk Denali yesterday 11-22 he’s a good guy got my car and I back home safe. I recommend Glenns 100%. If I ever break down in their service area again I’m going to request triple AAA send them out.

Told a family that he had two questions: Are you military? Do you have USAA? The answer to both was yes. He told them to get off his property. He doesn't care for either and won't take their business. The truck got towed there because it broke down. He said it wasn't his problem or his concern and they needed to get off the property. I won't be bringing any business there because of how he treated this family, nor will anyone I know. We're all either military or friends of military personnel. Pretty ironic that his business is on AWOL Rd.

My car broke down inon the side of the road and the tow truck driver, Will, was extremely kind and friendly in helping me get back on the road!
