As a business owner , I’m extremely disappointed in our experience. We trusted this shop with multiple vehicles and brought consistent business. What makes this especially difficult is that we believed this relationship was more than business. My partner does not easily consider people friends, but we opened our doors, supported him, and believed there was mutual respect. After noticing a pattern of vehicles returning with the same issues, we raised concerns. We were later told that repairs had not been completed properly based on assumptions about what we could or could not afford. We never asked for shortcuts or reduced work — we expect honesty and for the job to be done right. I am trying to remain mature and controlled, but I am truly hurt to see my fiancé and business partner hurt

Come here to get all my maintenance done I trust these guys with my car over anyone else. My Vehicle Is Custom Tuned and everything and they can still complete my needs. I recommend very highly!

I trusted this shop with multiple vehicles and paid thousands of dollars for repairs that were represented as completed — but several of the same problems remained afterward. In writing, he told me that my vehicles “weren’t worked on correctly because I could not afford him,” even though I paid the amounts he charged. I have the text message saved. I’ve taken all my vehicles here even got my family using Ken. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my vehicles other than Ken knowing what needs to get done will get done with no short cuts. Best customer service and always get in with an appointment quick

Been going to ken for a couple years now always had great costumer service and never tried to get over on me like some mechanics do will definitely recommend all my friends and family come here to get there cars fixed 👍👍👍
