On NYE, I was on my way to an appointment when my tire went flat. I pulled into Glidden Auto Service to check the damage. I was starting to change the tire when a gentleman with a jack asked if I could use some help. He had the old tire off and the donut on in fewer than 5 minutes. I made it to my appointment in time. I never would have made it changing the the myself! It's nice to be reminded that there are still good folks out there. Thank you for your kindness, sir. I'll be back when I need anything for my car.

Only place I trust to take my car now. Friendly staff, quick and efficient service. Inspection done was done in less than 30 mins. They also did not try to sell me anything or convince me my car needed things it didn’t which has happened elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an appointment at another shop, but I ended up at gladden auto by mistake. Rich took my car right in and put it on the lift to check for a leaking gasket that Toyota was going to fail my inspection and charge me 2400 dollars. Rich cleaned off the oil debri for me and eased my mind that my car did NOT have an oil leak in the gasket. If you’re looking for an honest and caring place, you won’t be disappointed. The service was great, performed efficiently and timely. As a woman, I appreciated that they talked TO me and not AT me. The prices were fair and reasonable. I broke down across the street from them. They pushed my car over and took great care of my car and me. Highly recommend these professionals! This is my new place to go for car repairs.

I've been going here for years. Great service. Quality repairs. Very knowledgeable staff. They make you feel like family while you're there. They are 'growing' their repertoire. They have added a first class limousine service. Stretches and sedans. I tried a stretch limo, and it was terrific! Give them a call. Update 7/2023: they just opened a new location at 30 E. Hollis St. The Glidden Annex. Same great people, same great service. They now offer 4-wheel alignment. And more bays!
