Glide Xpress Car Wash

I came through Glide Xpress Car Wash for the first time on Friday and had the pleasure of being helped by Denay. Her customer service was fantastic, and she was super helpful, friendly, and very attentive while helping me get set up with a membership. She explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best option and I was extremely happy with the Diamond Ray membership I purchased! For the diamond wash itself, it honestly did a pretty impressive job, especially for it being an automatic car wash. My car came out looking super clean, shiny, and way better than I expected. My tires had a little tire shine excess left on them but overall the whole system moved quickly and still felt thorough, which I really liked. Clean fast and friendly staff members. The vacuums always work and they have towels if you need them. Yhe dryers are the best around and they also have always been working filly when i visit.The prices are great as well so there is a ton of value. Used to have a monthly membership I I moved and it isnjust to far now to maintain that but I certainly recommend it. Body care for your car is just as important as mechanical care!

I joined another car wash in North Little Rock first. They were located on McCain next to Cane's. They had rude employees and nowhere to clean your mats. Two visits and a friend told me about Glide Xpress. There is no comparison! Great car wash, the best vacuums, and an amazing MAT WASH AREA! They also provide microfiber towels. A++++++

This has got VERY BEST car wash I've ever gone to. It cleans the outside extremely well.... YET, if you're not satisfied with how wonderful your car looks on the outside they'll let you drive through it again! Not only do they offer free vacuuming but they have that great air pressure gadget to help loosen up any pushed in dirt and then you can vacuum it out. It's just amazing and I'm so happy every time I leave there! And when they have great deals like their unlimited $10 a month for 3 months, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG! And I can't forget to add the employees are really AWESOME too!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went here on Jan. 19 for a basic carwash and the attendant told me they were running a special that if you purchase a $10 car wash, you are able to return for additional car washes free for the next 30 days. Perfect. I returned several times over the next 30 days and had no issue. Today I assumed the 30 day period was up and that would be the end of thinking about Glide Car Wash. Nope. Got a charge 11 hours ago for $38 that was unauthorized by me. I go to look at their site and that is the cost of the premium membership, which is insane and I would never pay or agree to pay for. I tried calling to dispute the charge and was met with a horrendous AI "assistant" who in the most obnoxious tone told me I cannot speak to anyone but that it "would escalate
