Global Auto Company Service Center

This shop offered Good service and did a great job keeping me updated but as much as I’d hate to leave a sore review I have to mention after having retrieved my keys from the shop I took it upon my self to look at the exterior of the vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any damage to the body or paint, as I normally do, and I happened to find damage in the paint particularly chipping and denting in the front of the vehicle that wasn’t present before said service. I also came across a discrepancy on the skirt also located in the front that wasn’t there before. I’d like to mention I’m not one to leave bad reviews even if one is deserved but this was just very upsetting I won’t be returning to this shop.

I recently had several repairs on my vehicles at Global Auto Company’s service center and had a 5 star experience. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling the repairs and also impressed by the timely manner the repairs were completed In. I got both vehicles back the later on the same day I dropped them off! Had these guys do some work on my Subaru. Fantastic job, great work. Service people are attentive and respectful and willing to take the time to explain what they did and why.
