I’ve brought my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport to Global Auto twice now. First for an oil pump replacement about a year ago, and most recently for a coolant pump. Both times the work was done quickly, professionally, and without any issues afterward. No problems with the parts or the workmanship. They also handled everything with my warranty company, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. As someone who’s into cars and usually diagnoses my own issues, I really appreciate that they listened and took my input seriously. A lot of shops dismiss customers right away, but Global Auto has always been respectful and straightforward. Overall, Global Auto has earned my trust. Consistent quality, clear communication, and genuine respect for their customers. Highly recommended.

If I could offer 6 stars I would ! Started a new job recently in the Warsaw area and my vehicle was in need of an oil change. A quick call had me in same day. While there, I asked if they could give the car a "once over" to ensure all was well. They immediatley told me they do this will all vehicles they work on which impressed me. Following succcessful completion of the oil change they were able to advise me that due to the high mileage of the vehicle a number of issues were listed witch required attention together with a severity rating as to what order they should be addressed. Following their comprehensive report and a honest discussion with them I decided to have all the nessesary work done. After leaving I was sent a online report containing photos and even a video of the issues

I brought them a 2010 Range Rover Sport HSE that was a bit of a basket case about a year ago.. I withheld my review to see how the car would still be running after a year.. I am HAPPY to say all is well!! these models are also “touchy” electrically.. I had them basically do the 150k mile interval maintenance.. all fluids.. transmission to power steering. Flush and fill. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! Well done Fella’s!!
